The body of Andrew Bulman, 61, was discovered in the River Severn on Christmas Eve, more than a month after he had been reported missing. Initially found in Stourport, the body was later confirmed to be that of Mr. Bulman, who had gone missing from the area on November 23.
West Mercia Police expressed their gratitude for public assistance in sharing the appeal for information. They confirmed the formal identification of the body, extending their sympathies to the family of the deceased.
In a statement, a police spokesperson said, “We can confirm that the body found in the River Severn has been formally identified as 61-year-old Andrew Bulman. Andrew went missing from Stourport on 23 November. His body was recovered in Stourport, Worcestershire on Sunday 24 December. Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal. Our thoughts are with Andrew’s family at this sad time.”
